I've been very careful to NOT say that Deputy Peskowitz threatened me. Until now I've only said that I received threats from his personal email address - and I verified that it was his personal email address before I even said that. Now I can drop the careful language.

Tacoma Prosecutor won't pursue Palm Beach Sheriff's Deputy Ira Peskowitz-related email threats

Haven't heard anything more from Palm Beach Sheriff's Office Internal Affairs or the FBI. At least Tacoma had the courtesy to contact me 2 months later and tell me no.
